Genetik, since 2005.

On the edge of Québec City and Lac-Beauport, at the foot of the trails and the slopes, Genetik is a mountain bike and alpine ski workshop and shop, run by people who ride and ski themselves.

Where to find us

In summer, you'll also find us at Sentiers du Moulin for rentals and mountain biking. In winter, we're at Centre de ski Le Relais for ski and snowboard. And if you ride elsewhere, our online store ships across Canada, coast to coast.

Expert

Mechanics, fitting, tuning: our team is one of the sharpest in the region. For skis, sharpening and waxing are done on an automated Montana machine, for a precise, consistent finish, season after season.

Honest

We recommend what you actually need, nothing more. Our estimates are fair and transparent, and our most affordable bikes are chosen with the same care as the rest, for their components and their value.

Trend-finders

We spend a lot of time looking for the best gear out there. As a result, we're often the first in Québec City to carry new brands, each one hand-picked.

Community first

Genetik supports four local clubs: a recreational club, an enduro club, a youth enduro club and a women's club. Every year, we also host events, take part in fundraisers and support projects through sponsorships and donations. Our in-house apparel line is worn on the trails and around town by everyone who's part of the crew.
